Torricella Cucina Italiana is a southern Italian inspired catering company on the Central Coast of California, owned by Chef Ben Harrison.  Torricella brings together Mediterranean flavors and nouvelle cuisine.  The seed for Torricella Catering was planted over a decade ago when chef Ben traveled to Torricella, a small sea town in Calabria, Italy.  While in Italy, he tasted food and recipes that had been passed down through generations, All made with fresh caught, picked and sourced ingredients motivating the mantra he lives by today.
